house3988 well.. i'm not so sure about paralysis causing diseases but.. there are other causes of paralysis like breaking your back bone. soo.. don't do anything stupid like be a dare devil and jump off of stuff that might get you hurt. Plus.. don't get a high risk...

house3988 Hmmm... I know this method which is actually quite effective... just cut down 1 stick per week until you hit 0! Try to eat a sweet or chew a gum when you feel like smoking.

house3988 I sleep at 2am on weekdays... 3am during the weekends... and 4-7am while i'm on holidays... I don't sleep at all when i'm on a plane... haha... I do take afternoon naps though..haha
