Help - I tore my ACL! Anyone experience this before?

I was playing basketball 2 weekends ago when I went in for a lay-up. I got challenged and had to change my shot. I landed awkwardly and sorta twisted my knee. I felt it give in as I fell to the floor. I've gotten injured so many...

What is your favourites fruits? Why?

ikenc1 Mango, banana, and strawberry are my favorites. I like mixing them in a smoothie for breakfast everyday. I think with these 3 fruits, you can get a lot of the nutrients we need everyday. =)

Do the Rockets need to make a trade at the deadline?

If so, what position do they need to fill? Which player to trade away? To trade for? If not, is the team ready to advance deep in the playoffs with the current roster?
