illfavors I didn't make it. I wasn't ready yet. I hadn't prepared myself mentally for it. However, I am going to try again, and go through the suggested steps to get myself ready to quit again. I am proud of you for staying quit for so long. Way to go.

How much weight have you lost and how?

illfavors So far since about a week after Thanksgiving I have lost a little over 13 pounds. However I haven't weighed myself in a couple of days. That is about two pounds a week, which is considered healthy weight loss. Just about forty more pounds to go.
