Have you ever responded to a discussion and the person gave you back a very rude comment. I know this has happened a few times to me. Not often does this happen, but now and then it will happen. After receiving a rude response...

Heather Echola They do say that grapefruit and grapefruit juice will help you lose weight. Anything that fills up some of the space and is low calorie will help you lose. I like grapefruit juice, though.

Ann LeFlore I really appreciate your comment. Let me say this was no just a single person. There has been more than one incident on here that this has happened. It has not always been to me but also to other members. The rules state very clearly we can't bash a person or...

Crunches, crunches and more crunches. You can loose fat in just one spot by working the muscle underneath. Hate to say it but its true. There is no such thing as "10 min. ab workout to get shredded" with some fitness model telling...

Ann LeFlore @tallawah Yes there is some ways of saying stuff that is fine. But rude is telling a person other stuff like a few comments I have seen on here. Each person has a way of talking and you can see it in their tone and the way they write. This is acceptable and...

Ann LeFlore I had one on a post of mine and this is what promoted this discussion. I didn't think it needed to happen telling me I was ruining the site because I wanted someone to be polite and not rude.

Prehistoric diets from humans mainly consisted of protein and fats 1-2 times a day. Seems like we turned out pretty well with what little we ate. Studies show that our bodies actually use fats as a better source of energy. Fats...
