jacky_crist When I feel sad or gloomy, I often eat uncontrollably. I think food can make I forget many unhappyness. Nevertheless I know it is a bad habit. A temporary forgetting can't solve any problem.

jacky_crist I think emotional pain is harder to handle than physical pain. Physical pain will fully recover at last, but emotional pain just like a crack on the mirror, which is never repaired forever.
