do u give alms to the beggars? do u think beggary should be permissible .. i am of the opinion that begging should be prohibited and social institutions for those who really need help should be made instead where u can donate...

jemjemjemperez it's sad to see a lot of beggars on the streets..! i personally think that we should not tolerate them by giving them money..! instead we could help them by giving them food..! perhaps a cookie or our leftover sandwich or drinks..! :D
