Is it safe for over 30 people to share 1 bar of soap?

I work in an assisted living home where 30+ people share 1 bar of soap. I am trying to stop this because I feel it is unhealthy and just nasty. Does anyone know where i can find some info or proof that it is not safe? Thanks

sunkistroses401 That is an all around disgusting thing. I would say call the health department or maybe if you know a good scientist have the bar of soap examined for germs and viruses. even antibacterial soap i cant even imagine sharing my soap with my boyfriend let alone 29...
