hey friends, is there any way to lose 10 kgs? i've tried dieting, exercise, yoga, games... but all in vain. i dont take high calorie diets. but still not able to lose weight...

jenny8714 here,i just wnna say sth about acupuncture.now the needle they use are only 1 time needles,and will be thrown after used for one person.may be in some clinics,they are not use this new needle, but they would sterlize it no in only water, but in the antiseptic...

jenny8714 How about try acupuncture or massage? So far as i know,some of the patients would lose weight in 3 month, but as 10 Kgs,I think you should try more,that's comparatively hard
