jiecharlesplaza Actually I strted playing badminton during summer when I was still in high school. I can sy that its the best tim to start a very interestinh summer. But badminton ain't just for summertime, badminton can be played anytime and any day of the year. .

jiecharlesplaza Badminton nowadays is played indoors. More fun and more fats will be burned. Tensions are eliminated. I tell you badminton is a very helpfull exercise.
