joan_laganzon i love the sunrise, i usually get up early to jog, he air is refreshing and i feel energized when i wake up early.. and i love dinner time too, it where everyone's home for dinner ;)

joan_laganzon dear you have to do some stretching before sitting in front of your computer. or maybe watch what you eat, dont just grab and put it in your mouth, 30 mins of doing house chores a day is enough to maintain a good weight and to sweat it off, it would also help...
