joyrobertson No, it would not cover a rash. Makeup Primer is clear. What kind of rash do you have on your face? I have used some wonderful products that have cleared up my eczema.

joyrobertson Washing machines are more accessible now than ten years ago, but the low income people still wash by hand. Chilean ladies are very hard working. I've always admired them as if I were in their situation, I'm not sure if I could do all they do.
