jrc_garcia i would suggest Windows specifically XP because it is very user friendly and easy to navigate and understad. also supports a lot and majority of the hardware in the market

jrc_garcia definitely not... i sleep at around 7 or 8 in the evening and wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning. thats one of the reason why i quit my call center job

jrc_garcia well its very easy to work through phone but being with your client personally is something that builds a really personal relationship and a strong connection. but i guess i would also prefer working by phone. Less hassle of transportation, preparation.
