karamonina5272 i'm also an insomniac. and i think that would be effective. afternoon exercise.. yeah, dat's right. a spoonful of honey can also be a remedy. milk will also do.

karamonina5272 that's really disrespectful of him! he shouldn't have done that.. if i were the wife, i really would get offended.. but she's did the right thing, wen she walked away..the husband don't deserve to be given respect. he's so mean.
