I have heard about a drink called herballife. But I am scared to try it. It is supposed to energise you and reduce your weight with in months.Has anyone else used it here?

kathchee I switch it off at night when I go to bed. When taking a nap in the afternoon, I turn it to silent. One thing good about handphone nowadays, even if we switch it off, we will get a message that there is a miss call, time of the call will also be indicated.

kathchee I switch it off at night when I go to bed, but not on a short nap in the afternoon. One thing good about handphone nowadays even if we switch it off, anybody call, it will alert us on the miss call when we on it, the time and date of the call too.

kathchee Hi vapourlock,I am in sales too. I was previously a secretary - this job is good if you have an understanding boss or else it will be a nightmare serving one that is very grumpy and has a quick temper. I do agree with you that sales job does give satisfaction....

kathchee No, integrity is more important. Money is just an instrument, it cannot buy happiness, although we need it to survive. Sometimes people can be very materialistic but there are some very nice people in this world who are humble even though they are rich.

kathchee I like manual because it has more power than automatic. Moreover, automatic car consume more petrol. If the car is heavy and the cc is low, it will increase petrol consumption. So, I rather choose manual, with more power.

kathchee It sucks! I used to work in an office, doing everything from A to Z. Now, I am no longer working there, I do not want to work my butts out, making someone rich. I prefer to work hard for myself and I believe my efforts will pay off in the end.

kathchee Yes, I do read newspaper everyday, I now read it on line, it is so much convenient. I use to buy papers but it just file up as rubbish (after reading) so I decided to go on line instead. I can even print out the article if I find it useful. I am in the finance...

I pretty much never do. I know that should change! Every time I try to just walk 30 minutes a day or something, I end up getting "too busy" and then never pick the habit back up.

kathchee I intend to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. So far, I went twice last week but I have to do better than that. It is due to my sales job, I am into sales line, so sometimes my schedule is too tight with appointments and meetings, I cannot afford the time...
