My throat is infected. Can anyone suggest me something that would help me to get relieved? I am comfortable with any sort of remedy ranging home remedies, homeopathy, allopathy, ayurveda, siddha and other methods of treatment.

Modestah Oh, I hope you do not have Strep throat, if you do you probably would not want to rely on a home remedy. For a sore throat it is an age old practice to gargle with warm salt water. The salt will help to draw out inflamation.
