I love to cook and have been experimenting with different cuisines....any suggestions for indian dishes that are good but easy to make with short cuts...i do make indian food but the time factor is quite on the longer side....

I have been told by the doctor that my leg and foot will have arthritis in it due to an injury I had. How do you deal with arthritis in the feet and legs? I would appreciate anyones comments.

kavikay Arthritis can be linked to genetics as well....An old fracture or traumatized area can be vulnerable to arthritis since there is a remodelling process that occurs after acute injury... Arthritis of joints can be debilitating but with strentheing exercises...

kavikay fibromyalgia's mainstay treatment is sleep hygeine, stress management, mood control and physical therapy via rehabilitation.....do these things gauranteed your fibromyalgia will disappear..... first and far most, you need to rule out any other potential...

kavikay well mine are 6 months.....they are doing very well..right now i am trying to learn a schedule....i am trying process their food at homel....right now i am just steaming or boiling the veggies and then pureeing them with alittle formula to thin it up...any...
