Let's say that you had the magical power to wipe off one disease from the planet, as if it never existed. What disease would it be and why?

kdroxx Hey, just one ?? I'd have a go at AIDS . . . Many people have said cancer; but cancer is not a disease, rather an entire class of diseases . . .
