keela_mark I am a teacher and also a new vegan. :-) I believe the best way to approach your teacher is by constantly reminding her with notes or emails. Make sure you cc the principal and secretary too. Most teachers forget lots of verbal things until it's written down....

keela_mark Honestly, I've never heard of second hand smoke being addictive. However, you were getting contact from the cigarette just like your mom was. Therefore, I would assume that you would go through a withdrawal and craving after being in the mist of the smoke....
