killingmesoftly I think that abortion should be illegal in all countries... Whether a child is going to be seriously disabled or not there are ways now a days to cope with seriously disabled children that help them lead ALMOST normal lives... I also think that God has a plan...

killingmesoftly There isn't really a time that would be considered too late for a child to start talking... it just depends on the situation and the environment that the child is in... but i would say that if the baby doesnt start picking up on words soon you may want to take...
