The terrible twos?

kingfisher111 @kingfisher111 (28) 18 Mar 07

My daughter celebrated her second birthday last week. Although generally she is totally adorable, she is showing some signs of the terrible twos, particularly throwing tantrums when she does not get her own way. I am trying to be...

Step children

mamasan34 @mamasan34 (6518) • United States 19 Mar 07

I am marrying next month and I will become step-mom to two children on a part time basis. These children are very undisciplined and I don't agree with their mom's parenting techniques. They will be coming to visit soon and usually...

Any Jodi Picoult fans out there?

Pixie5477 @Pixie5477 (23) • United States 3 Mar 07

I haven't read fiction in years but a co-worker handed me a book by Jodi Picoult. It was called "My sisters keeper". It was one of the best books I've ever read. It truly got me thinking. It makes you think of real life situations...

emeraldisle I would suggest checking out Dozi's scrap books site. She has a lot of stuff on there. Quick pages or themed kits and some would lend to a nature theme easily enough. Also she has a lot of decorations and alphas to help with making things....

Ever wanted to take a cruise to Alaska?

mossjanicelynn @mossjanicelynn (1240) • United States 8 Mar 07

I think that would be the most beautiful thing in the world. I know it wouldn't be much to see, just a whole bunch of nothing, but the empty vastness of it all seems so overwhelming and great.
