I really don't eat enough of the right things, i eat way too much of the wrong things. Will keeping track of what i eat help me cut down? Has anyone got any tips to help curb the cravings?

klajdi2 They say that they need an email adress or credit card to verify your account.Since I don't have a credit card I tried to use the email but they wanted a different email,no like hotmail,yahoo,gmail etc.I have a Gmail account so...Nothing happened!
