klm007 I do follow a diet chart. I usually eats 6 smaller meals a day spaced about 3 hours. I never eat any junk foods or sugar except the planned cheat meals.

klm007 I diet trick (its not a trick anymore) I use is to cycle the carbs. On every 3rd day I increase the carbs to my maintenance level and it works very well for me.

klm007 I never heard anything like that. But drinking 8-10 glasses of water is essential to lose weight and also to prevent dehydration due to lot of water loss due to cardio. If you need to boost your metabolism, one good thing to do is to eat 5-6 smaller meals...
