kristeena Absolutely right...public schools offer free tuition fees, only miscellaneous fees are collected. The problem in public schools is the number of students that belong in one section. They are most crowded at times. The quality of education is being affected....

kristeena In order to get the permit you have to pay for the monthly fee worth less than a thousand peso. The school can issue a promissory note but they should get it a week before the examination date.

kristeena Yes, that's right. No matter how ready the child is for that examination, he still have to wait the special examination date for those who failed to pay or failed to get a promissory note.

kristeena I don't know about this policy. I think I will personally check on DepEd or Ched because I don't know the parents of this boy. During our acquaintance meeting the adviser of my son already brought up this issue and many parents have reacted.
