How do you force yourself to do something?

I feel lazy today.. I have many things to do.. But I dont feel like doing them.. What I have always believed is, in order to do something, there must be driving force that overcomes a resistance. I have lost all my driving force.....

lazysharp I try not to use my credit card but i always seem to use it all the time. I rely on the credit card. It's not so bad using the credit card if make your limit to zero dollars though.
