Alexis One of my all time favorite metal bands is Gojira. They are not only amazing musicians, but they have a storyline that follows their music. Each song tells a different story and they all meet together. It's definitely worth a go. :)

Alexis You are not alone in this. I hate being alone with my own thoughts. I experience anxiety as well. I find that television helps in these situations. It's also nice to socialize on websites like Mylot. It gives me a sense of not feeling so alone.

Alexis I don't give people with negative attitudes the time of day. Nothing bothers someone more than being ignored. I try my best to not say anything at all because they usually won't listen to begin with.

Alexis I am wearing my fitbit as we speak! I love my activity tracker. It has done wonders for me when it comes to tracking my calorie burn and managing my calorie intake. I love that I can connect it to My Fitness Pal and use it as a tool. :)

Alexis I think it all depends on what bread you're eating. Not all bread is made the same way. Bread is definitely safe, so long as you buy bread with very simple and natural ingredients. I have never heard of bread doing anything other than making you "fat."

Alexis Music plays a huge role in lifting my mood. I try to listen to music that will help me get through whatever it is that's bothering me at the moment. If I'm sad, I'll listen to encouraging sad music. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but it works for me.

Alexis I wouldn't like this at all. What scares me is that this is completely possible and more than likely our future. One day we won't be able to enjoy anything that nature has to offer because we'll constantly be met with tech-interuptions. It's the sad truth. :(
