I'm rather new to this, so I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do! My daughter needs financial help, I think she qualifies for SSI, but I'm not sure. My daughter is 20 years old and lives with me. She has Tourette's...

Becky Thank you - I will talk to someone at the hospital and see if they will help. She does have Missouri medicaid (and I believe it goes through her 23rd birthday), so she does have some limited insurance. This will at least cover medical hospital expenses -...

Amber Yes, I broke a toe before, and it looked a lot like what you are describing. I was about eleven. I didn't go to the doctor for it because it was a toe. I'm sure if I had made a big deal about it my parents would have taken me. But, it was toe, not a finger. I...

STOUTjodee I've never broken my toe before, but I sprained my little toe though. I was in a foot brace and had to wear crutches. First time I ever used crutches and I was in my 40's. There's not much you can do for an injured toe, I don't think.

STOUTjodee After I had already posted my comment I thought about how my husband has broken his toe and was going to suggest taping your toe to the next one or taping it to cardboard to keep it straight. Then I thought people would think we were redneck!

So I'm not really much for re-gifting. If I get something I don't like, it will eventually end up in the yard sale pile. I rarely find the time to take it wherever and exchange it. But I do have one re-gifting story. Back in...

I know that form-fitting clothes are the norm nowadays, well, for a few years now, but I just hate how they look on people. Well, skinny people it's flattering as long as they cover their chest, but on us plus-sized women, it...

kris182_2000 I have North American text, and that's nice, as long as I can use it. But it's all included in my package, and I got it when I first got in with the new company I signed up for. I'm thankful for it, sometimes I just don't want to actually talk to people,...

Amber I don't text. And it's probably a good thing. With my luck I'd text something meant for one person to another person who would have no idea what I would be talking about.

katsmeow1213 Before we moved here we had a large corner lot right up the road from the middle school. Most of the middle schoolers walked past our corner on their way to and from school.. and we'd find all sorts of trash on our yard. It also ticked me off that the kids...
