Using the Computer for more than 4 hours is bad for heart ..

I was reading a news report where according to recent findings using computer or the internet for more than 4 hours each day causes stress to the arteries and can directly effect one's heart.I am sure most of the online earners...

liqican maybe it means that you can not stay too long by the computer, you should have a rest when you stay about 1 or 2 hours,and let your eyes have a rest per 30 minutes
