Early morning or mid-afternoon shift- which work shift do you prefer?

I do prefer the mid-afternoon shift where I resume work at 2pm and close around 10pm . the early morning 6am shift seem to be difficult for me to handle as i have to wake up at 4am to prepare for it. Which type of work shift do...

Lokesh Kumar I usually prefer the early morning shift. I feel more energetic and focused in the morning, and it gives me the rest of the day to do other things. Mid-afternoon can work too, but I sometimes get distracted or feel a bit sleepy by then.
