Which Antivirus do you trust and use? I trust symantec at its best then Mcafee and Kaspersky but Symantec is the best one I have ever used and I always purchase license for it.

malarmathy You can delete all the temporary files, internet history by using CCleaner ( a free software). Temporary files location - C:\documents and Settings\[User Name]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

malarmathy View the source files for lines which are suspicious. They appear as junk data in files. Once its removed, you can submit to google for reconsideration through google webmaster tools.
