Could you? Oh right, pass what? The Citizenship test. Illegals and immigrants (who are not the same thing, despite what the President is saying), are on people's minds at the moment. I am not getting into that at the moment. I...

Judy Evans @matersfish Excellent comment. And much food for thought. Our aboriginals are now quick to say we 'invaded' their land which is quite true. But they hadn't progressed at all on their own. And 'progress' doesn't necessarily mean 'better' either I suppose. But...

Judy Evans @matersfish Well written. The problems occur, at least in the natural world, when the natural balance is disturbed. Rabbits are introduced into Australia and compete with native animals for limited food and water. Everything gets thrown out of balance. I don't...

A very illogical and poor argument. Universe is the universe. It is nothing more, nothing less. We do not even know where it begins and where it ends and people jump to the conclusion that some actually created it. Then we ask...

iuliuxd Does the universe prove that God exists? For some people the answer is yes for others the answer is no...and for others it doesn`t prove or disprove anything except that the universe is there.

In Obama's speeches, one favorite phrase: 'Let me be clear' Plenty of others have taken note of this habit, but they usually dismiss it as a standard time-buying device, like Bill Clinton's "make no mistake" or[b] Richard Nixon's...

I personally don't really care if my rating drops down to a -1. It's how the system is set up and I'm not one for raging against the machine when the machine isn't out to kill me. But seriously... I'm not understanding some people...

Bohemian77 I've noticed this too. I tend to be more conservative, and libertarian in my opinions, and look at my rating. People claim they don't rate according to someone's view, but I think they are lying. It's quite obvious that the majority of Mylotters are...

Shery32 I agree, "as if" who cares. If you dont like something, dont read it if you are not going to say what you think about it or if you are not willing to defend your opposition point of view. Thanks
