She must leave the man and start working. A person won't change, only happens in movies and stories. It is difficult but she has to be bold for her life. NO other way!

Are there charities in India that she can reach out to for support? It seems that if she does nothing she is condemned to a life of feeling unloved, unworthy and unwanted. Nobody should have to live like that just to keep other people happy. *huggles*

Hi i don't know who you are but your intention to help her is very much appreciated. If she really want to go for a job or do some part time jobs and all i can do some help i think. Everything will be alright . Happy and sad are like a cycle it keep on rotated...

Try to engage yourself in discovering new things with that you find not boring at home alone anymore. Like me, before I don't really know how to cook, but I explore myself. There are a lot of activities we can do to fight boredom..

When some one hears that a woman is not working, it will automatically believe that she has nothing to do.. It's wrong. If she is a good housewife she will have alot to do: cleaning, cooking, and many many more. But if she is a lazy one than there is nothing...

Absolutely not, I am living alone most of the time since my children are away and my husband too is away for most part of the year but I have no complaints because besides my job I have so many things to do .. reading, gardening, cleaning the house , mylotting...
