No more Soda!!! And what else...?

As a first step to losing 15 lbs, I am ridding my diet of soda. All kinds! No more unecessary sugar fixes! Instead, I'll be having fruit. I know it won't be easy, but its worth it. Anything else I should be wary of?

miajane i've been carrying around a .5L water bottle that I try to refill four times. its not easy getting used to drinking just water all the time. I suppose that if I reaplace all my beverages with water, it will be easier. I might try that...

miajane i love pineapples, so that should be easy. they aren't too cheap, and i dont want to use the canned fruit. a lot of them add sugar. thanks.
