Life is a roller-coaster ride. we all experience the ups and downs. the ups are generally handled very sportingly, but when we face the downs-- thats where the problem starts. it starts off with being irritated with everything.....

midora I get all bummed out sometimes. Popping a pill won't do it, although medication is sometimes necessary. During my own bout with depression, I do things that would help occupy my mind and not think of sad things that could only worsen my day. I've never thought...
