mkrishna22 i think if there is a feeling of hunger, your body really wants something to be fed into it. i would definitely go ahead and eat something whenever i feel hungry. how much i eat depends on the time of the day. this is just my opinion.

mkrishna22 well...i still use the cd's and dvd's quite often in my daily life. while the usb's are of great use, as you mentioned, they can be carrier's of virus. that is a good enough reason for me to be careful about the usb usage.
