Exercise Before or After Sleep?

Will exercising tire me out and make it easier for me to get good sleep, or will it give me more energy and keep me awake? Should I exercise before or after sleeping? Thanks

msbutton Personally for me exercising before bed is okay as long as it isnt cardio. I might do crunches and and weights.Just before bed is okay. Cardio is best early to get the blood pumping. And maybe an afternoon walk to get you your second wind.
