i try to control my blood sugar with eating oatmeal. i am not diabetic, but i just want to prevent it. i use to eat it with sugar and chocolate milk. it is more delicious if i eat it that way. is it ok? i mean i still add sugar...

ndlivewithpassion Your blood sugar will go up eating both the oatmeal and the sugar - it is double trouble. I suggest instead of using sugar, use Agave. Most supermarkets carry it now and almost all health stores. It is sweet, but does not raise blood sugar. It does have about...
