nick93006 There is nothing wrong with "spanking" a child. The problem comes when it becomes ineffective and goes to more than 1 or 2 swats on the rear. Also I think that the only thing that should be used is your hand. NO BELTS, CORDS, CLOTHES HANGERS ETC. That Is child...
