oldsoul Thank you for the kind welcome, much appreciated :-) Something I enjoy that is a great alternative to salt and pepper (and adds a really yummy and unique flavor) is Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt.

oldsoul Yes I agree, the more color - the better when it comes to a great dish! Pesto is amazing, definitely has a great flavor and you don't need any other toppings, perfect as is :-)

On my walk last night I saw a shooting star fly across the sky. It was so neat! Only the second shooting star I've seen in my lifetime. What all have you seen during your walks? And/or have your shooting star wishes come true?

oldsoul I agree the hype must be because shooting stars are so rare. I made a wish just in case it's true though haha I live in Arizona on the west side of Phoenix. It's a beautiful area, perfect weather for walks right now.
