oleviasdaughter I always get 2 taco supremes and a nacho supreme with no beans, 1 side of white onions, 1 side of jalaepenoes. GOOD!!

oleviasdaughter Also when cooking the ground meat DO NOT add oil the meat makes its own oil therefore make sure that you drain it after you cook it.

oleviasdaughter Yes, you can season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder whatever seasonings you like, you can also get a packet of McKormick Taco seasoning, then top it with picante sauce.

How do you know it's over? Or does it really matter? Because even when it seems that the world has given you all the reasons to move on, still you hold on.

oleviasdaughter I think I would know when it's over if there is really no communication going on between each other, when you are together you still get that lonely feeling as if you are there all along, the excitement is gone that's when you know to move on, my 2 cents.

oleviasdaughter I have found it best to not diet at all but eat whatever you want in smaller portions insted of using a big plate use a smaller plate therefore you will be eating smaller portions also do atleast 15 minutes of exercise daily.
