what do you think of the one child policy ,to control birth rate and to avoid overpopulation of the world . do you think it's a good or bad idea = -- and what happened if a couple get a second child ?

mine is a concert in which i've recently participated i've made the opening :) ( 1st time singing live infront of 500 people )- -- then for music i'm gonna be acoustic again:)) and what about you ?/
