When you want to have a website that is not free, of course, you must subscribe to both hosting and domain. How the process, Could anyone explain to me, thanks?

I plan to host my site and also domain registration... I don`t understand the terms in that selling site.... The term are below... Cpanel windows hosting linux hosting Payment for the hosting also they confusing......
