are you there yet?

positiv1 @positiv1 (10) • United States 29 Jan 07

Is there honestly anyone here that feels as if they have "arrived"? There is a lot of sacrifice achieving this but how close are you, if you're not there already? And what vehicle(s) are you choosing to do so?

If a friend owed you money and forgot to pay...would you ask it from her?

ladymoonstone143 @ladymoonstone143 (1507) • United States 29 Jan 07

If a friend borrowed money from you and it is not the kind of amount that you would consider loose change, would you remind her if she seemed to have forgotten to pay it? I am in this situation but its been almost 5 years since it...

positiv1 Of course I would remind that person. How in the world could you possibly have forgotten that you borrowed money from someone and then for that long? No way they aren't aware, they're most likely hoping that you forgot and won't approach them 9 times out of...

Would you take your young children to a fancy restaurant with you?

kgwat70 @kgwat70 (13386) • United States 28 Jan 07

I am curious to see how many of you would take your children to a very nice restaurant or would you have someone watch your children while you and your spouse or significant other ate out at this nice place? Explain why you would...

positiv1 There is no doubt in my mind that if I were in the position of financial freedom, I would do this. The school systems of today are not as strong as they were during my tenure in the 70's and 80's. While they may miss out on some of the references (school...

positiv1 As a father of 5 sons, there have been a lot of timeouts. It's a great solution and gives them time to think about what they've done and be ready for the repercussions that will follow. Dr. Phil is a bright man but at the same time, his ideology doesn't...
