How should I celebrate my birthday?

If money doesn't matter, then what is the best thing to do on my birthday? My birthday is next Friday 5-25. I'm looking for new ideas, as I have been going out for dinner many times.

In this wonderful weather i think a picnic should be a great idea. A picnic in a place that you like it's landscape, with people that you love, sun, nature and a place that is near by a beach or a natural fountain. I know i did that once and enjoyed myself very much.

Thanks for the reply. A day on the beach would be fun and only two miles from my home. I think I'm spoiled with great weather and the beach near me.

This is very close to how my daughter and I spent the day. It was fun to spend time with her. She is so busy with college and just finished the term with 3 A's and 1 B.

What are your favorite things to do? Go to the movies, go hiking, go biking, go swimming, go to the theatre, go to a comedy club? Watever... do your favorite things and invite your friends. I, myself, don't celebrate my birthday, so I can't think of anything spectacular.

This is the first time I am planning to celebrate my birthday as an adult. My youngest daughter is a Freshman in College majoring in Elementary Education, so my child no longer has a long list of things she needs. Its hard to decide when your my age and now have the money to celebrate. It use to be what does my child need at this time.

If money is no object, go to the casino and spend the night dancing and partying, then go to your very expensive hotel room and soak in the jacuzzi.
