Yup, i never forget to greet them. I care and love them that much. I don't need anything for me to remember. It is registered not just in my mind but in my heart too. But I guess for you, maybe what you should do is to set your phone reminder. So, when it alarms, you won't forget and will greet them right away.

Keep a diary and write down all the names and birth days related... But if you forget the diary then is is overall loss! Otherwise the apology letter must be drop to the person with lots of love and care!

If you have a cellphone, you can add birthdays, anniversaries, etc. to your calendar and set the alarm to remind you. I'm terrible at remembering important dates and that's how I remind myself.

I too have a hard time remembering important dates like that. The thing that I do that works best for me is I write down the persons name and the occasion on whatever day it is on our calender that we keep on the inside of our pantry door. At least they can't tell that I have such a bad memory that way! lol I hope this has helped you. Cheers! :)

I have birthdays and anniversaries written down on a notebook, and most computer come with a callendar function that serves for marking special days. Just have to remember to check it once a week or so. There are sites that remind you of special dates too.

use a birthday book... something similar like a phone book but the purpose of this book is to jot down the people's b'day... they sell this kind of book in newsagent... or jot it down on your monthly calendar so that you can remember the person's b'day whenever you look at the calendar... this is what i do... hope this helps...

I write birthdays down in my planner. Unfortunately, I still tend to forget. I try not to let it bother me too much, and still do something nice for my friends as a belated birthday. I can't really forget family birthdays, because my family gets together to celebrate them. I'd have to forget to show up, and that'd be difficult. My husband forgets everything. So he wrote it down in his PDA. Now he still forgets, but hey, it's in there. If I kept forgetting, I'd set it into my cell phone, so it would beep or something on that day.

I use http://www.birthdayalarms.com They send you two reminders with plenty of time to send email greeting or snail mail cards. I rely on it a lot :)

the easiest way these days is to use the alarm of mobile phone. I use the same method and thus am able to wish each and every of my friend on his/her birthday. Only hitch is to enter all the birthday alarms in the mobile phones to begin with. It is hell lot of tiring job. But once done, you are at ease.

In fact i always forgot my friends birthday,i feel very sorry to them .I think every one want their friends can remember their birthday ,it means they remember them.so i think we'd better take note to remind us our friends birthday or marrige anniversary. It can help you build deeply friendship with your friends. If you really forget it i think you friends also can understand you ,you may be very busy and don't have enough time to share the happy day with them ,or you forgot it not because you forgot the friend but tired for your life ,they also can understand you . So i think it depends. The best way you'd better make a note to remind yourself ,even you don't have time to share the day with your friends ,you can call them to express you wish .

If u use computers daily u may put a desktop calender on the desktop of computer that will remind u of u rf riends.I think there are E-mail birth day reminders u can join them and when the friends birth day is entered it will remind u on that day. www.birthdaytime.com.. www.birthdayalarm.com May be this programme works. The program enables you to store information such as passwords, ideas, and important dates such as birthdays, and to keep that information on your Pocket PC or desktop so that it is only available to you. The fact that the program works on the PocketPC means that you have access to this information no matter where you are, and that you are no longer reliant on my computer. www.portawhiz.com. write it down on calendars. You may do with out these things also with out any pen ,paper, just with u r mind but put some effort and learn memory techniques of harry loryne (search for more in net)which will help not only to remember birthdays ,names of people, articles, phone nos etc with out any book or pape . http://backpack.blackboard.com/MemoryTutorial.aspx

First thing, if you ahve a cell phone you can feed the data in so it reminds you of your close friend/family birthday/anniversary. You can also use an internet reminder service. Another alternative is to actyually physically mark these days on a calendar so youd know as they approach.

Set a reminder each of them. I usually encircled important dates on my desk calendar. I put them red mark to indicate whats the ocassion. Sometimes I save it on my outlook and it will email me that this date has an event. Other friends, they themselves remind me of special ocassion and I thank their effort of reminding me too. Its good to remember those things especially surprising them on that ocassion. :)

I have lots of friends and sometimes i really forgot when are their birthdays or anniversaries. So what i do is a got an address book and ask them to fill-in and i had asked to them to put their birthdays too. Then next is since i always bring my phone i input these special dates on my phone's calendar, so my phone will then display a reminder who's birthdays is on that date.

I do remember the special days of my friends and family. This is because I have a sharp memory and I do keep in mind the dates. I recall all the special dates in the month's starting of all the occasions that fall in that month. For you to remember dates, you can do the following: 1. As others have said, you can maintain a calender. 2. You can feed the b'date and anni date of ur frns and family along with the contacts you feed in ur mobile and set a reminder. 3. Then, there are sites that provide you birthday alams. You can login there to keep yourself updated. 4. Or like me, you can recall in the months starting, what all special dates you have in that month.
