Women are more diligent and sincere towards work

I agree totally. Women are more diligent not only in their professional career but also as a housewives.

Yes, the women are more precise and hardworking because they try to prove them. This is because of the discrimination. One man allways gets better salary just because of his gender:-(

You have a point there and I agree with you. Every where it is a known fact. Have you heard that it is difficult to work with women managers? I this that is because, most of us expect a clean cut job from everybody. We are also sincere cos we would be so ashamed if someone tells that we are not.

Well may be!! I have am only a student right now..!! But I have seen some working places of my parents and aunties! there I came to know that some women are lazy as they indulge in chit chatting veru easily. I must say they are very intelligent in giving their duties to others!! But some where even men are all the same!So evry thing is balanced!! You cannot give this tag to only womens!!There are many men who are workaholics!! And its true

You're quite right. Mostly what you see in a corporate world are women because we have the passion of work. We want to be independent, to be at our own, to provide the best for our family, so that's why we love to work and work hard.

I don't know.. I think it depends more in the kind of person and not really on the gender. I've crossed with both men and women dilligent and sincere and I can't say this is something that happens more with women than with men.

i know lots of men who are so focused on their works, too. they do everything to do their self worth and worth at work. perhaps, to make sure they will stay on the job for the future and their family's future. i think it does not really mean 100% that women are more diligent and sincere towards work than men. it all depends on too many reasons.

Maybe as a rule however I have found many men capable of being dedicated to their work. We women can be really well adapted at the job we end up with. We have so much more on our plates than men when we have children and such. Times are changing and we are slowly gaining a foothold in the market place working alongside men.

statistics have shown this .i had a chance to get inside an office where all of their employees are women and the only male persons i saw are the delivery man,messengers and cargo men. they are all working in a very very successful bookstore here in the philippines and their boss is also the lady owner.

I don't quite agree. Depends actually on the drive to succeed of each person. You see women like that mostly in areas or socities wherein women are still in the process of proving their worth or capabilities.

First of all, thanks for your appreciation regarding the sincererity of working women.Being a working girl i have felt this and i have been recognised for this by my other collegues. The main drawback for men is they go out from office all the time which the women dont do.women utilise the break time to complete their pending work which men stay after office hours and finish.All other things like chatting during office hours etc are common to both gender.

I do not know that I always agree with this statement, but I do know that women often have to work harder to get taken seriously by the business world, and so that is what they do.

Hmmmmm, I'm sure you are going to score some big points with the women now ....LMAO! Without saying to much, I believe men have just become to relaxed in the work place. I would have to agree with you for the most part!

Most Women are by nature more diligent and delicate, perhaps due to their female or motherly instincts. Hence, it is not difficult to find dedicated and sincere women who are more careful and thorough in their work. It is not that there are no guys on par with the women, but generally, guys are often more "arrogant" and "egoistic" and hence, fare poorer in terms of diligence and dedication. Just my 2 cents observations.

Your absolutely right, because we women are more responsible maybe thats why we are the one who are task to be a mother and not the men coz we are more responsible and have the strategy of doing all the things in order.

I feel that saying women are more diligent and sincere towards their work is generalisation. That may be the case most of the time but it does not always hold true. I've seen women who are not serious about their work at all, there are those who push their work to others, those who skive and those who just dont give a damn about their work. Of course, I'm not being gender biased and there are many men who have such attitudes towards their work too. So I have to conclude that whether a person is diligent and sincere towards their work all depends on the character of the person himself or herself and perhaps on how he or she is brought up the values he or she holds dear and it does not really depend on the person's gender.

I do agree, women are still trying to prove themselves and that they can work in the work force just like men.
