I miss my best friend..... We have been friends for than half our lifetime, classmates since grade school, classmates in high school, separated in college and now we are officemates. We have been through a lot. I lost my father first and she lost her father after a few years. Even when we were away for four years during in college we still communicated and its as if we have not separated for we always send each other lengthy letters.
And now we are older and it seems things have changed and we no longer talk the way we used to, we have been busy with each other's lives, I miss those times that we used to do things together, those chit chats, talking about love life, crushes, people we hate and just anything under the sun.
Though we still see each other during special occasions and Im still happy that we get the chance to celebrate those special days of our lives. Its like she is so near yet so far.
I miss you best friend...

Its ok to miss them once in a while coz it means we still think of them. The problem is when we dont think and miss them anymore.

Hi Zelmarq! I guess that is how it is as we grow older. Although we remain as best of friends, we bet busy on other things and have different priorities. We can not hold on to time nor people because we all have our own lives to live. However let us be thankful that once in our life we were given the chance and much time to share happy moments and our life with these important people in our lives. Maybe one day, we will find ourselves having that time again. Have a nice day!

Hi Zelmarq! Sometimes, no matter how much we try to hold on to people, we can never do so because there is nothing permanent in this world. However, people grow and they change with time not because you have outgrown each other but because we have different priorities now. So all we chould do is be thankful for the time that we have spent with these important people in our lives. And who knows, one day we could habe more time to be with them. Have a nice day!

That's life my friend.. It's really different when we get old.. We have to be separated with our friends to live our own lives..But this doesn't mean that are relationships are over.. Maybe friends come and go, but some would remain in our hearts forever..(:

hmm, i pity that i responded late. i could have the best response.. hmmm, it is good to know that you have best friend. it is really essential and important in our lives. but as you discussed it, there are hellos and good byes. we cannot hold them. if only we could, i will be the first one to! but we really cannot. we have our own life and our own destiny as well. there are things that we cant share all the time. time changed, season changed, and everything else. but one thing remains, the word friend.. hehe.. cant understand what i am discussing anymore.. the best response is already given naman gud.. hehe... be with your friend in prayer te!! thats all//hehe

im in the same position as you kinda, zelmarq if you really miss her dont hide your feelings i mean if you wanna cry then cry because i cry alot =/ but as you get older i guess those "growing up friend relationships" slowly but shortly go away. it is sad but i think its the truth. just try to talk to her more text her... call her send her letters even arrange a party! let her know that you miss her and the good times you used to have. I think she will understand and would wanna move closer to you and be like you used to be. im sorry im a chatter box but i hope you get better with the situation, I am 14 i went to camp for a week and made alot of friends even the counselor i was close with when i left it hurt alot i miss them so much i dont have there number or anything but i have pictures and the happy memorys so i will never forget them. i hope i helped you zelmarq. :)
