excercise which one you like

recently i visited to a doctor with my friend. he ask me and my friend that which exercise we prefer and like most. i said that i dont do it regularly .and dont like any particuler exercise. he told me that walking is best exercise for every group of age people . it is simole and didnt need any especial equipment. any one any where can do it. which e=one you like aerobics yoga jogging cycling swimming.etc. do you take it seriously. and whish one you prefer and why. do you think it helps a lot.

before i got to college, my regular exercise was basketball. once a week a get to have a heavy training and basketball game and this made me a fit person. i love basketball and i get to enjoy while working out. but lately, i dont have time anymore, the only exercise i get to have daily is walking.

I like to do aerobics, specifically dance videos. I also like to do Pilates. Pilates is low impact and really tones you. I had several people ask me if I had lost weight last year after I'd been doing it for a couple of months and I told them I hadn't, I'd just been doing Pilates. It really gives you a slimmer appearance.

i love swimming the most. we have a small pool we got from walmart for 400.00 and it works great to be able to get exercise. i also still love the trampoline. walking is nice if you dont do the same walk everyday. you know like go some where so that the look changes. i love going to the lake, or up in the mountains and hiking with the kids.

I like to walk, myself. When my son was in school last year I tried to take a long walk everyday. I've taken a couple of walks with him this summer. Once he starts school again I'll walk as often as I can, but I also plan on getting a part time job.
