Ouch, I know that hurts, I have done that twice in my life, once when I was 17 believe it or not and once when I was 21. It was horrible. I worked at a help desk and had to sit and talk on the phone all day it was excrutiating. Make sure you take some Ibuprofin, it it doesn't feel better in the morning go to the doctor they will give you a muscle relaxer and some pain meds. You really need to relax the muscles to heal. I hope you feel better.

Congratulations on your new grandson...lol I know what you mean. I'm only 47 and I have had a herniated disc causing spinal stenosis and nerve damage since August 07. I have never felt such pain in my life as I have had with my darn back. I have had to use a cane since then as I keep leaning to the right and about fall over if I try to walk without it. I hope your back feels better quick.
Blessed be, Mari

Thanks Mari!
yes this is the worse pain that i've ever had..whoops excluding my 5 children birthing pains lol.
I'm using a cane right now to give my back a rest a bit but i hate to rely on it to much and I was looking forward to taking a nice bath but now I'd be afraid I'd have to call my kids and say i've falling and can't get up lol
Blessings and huggs to you too

Sweetie, get out the peroxide, baking soda and sea salt. Add 1/4 cup of each to the bath water and soak. It will help with the soreness. It sure helped me after getting worked over by the masseuse.
Back troubles are so much fun. One day you can move the furniture around, the next don't lift a feather or ouch!
Feel better Rose.
