I just noticed my rating star is an 8 now 
I got very excited for about a minute. lol "OH OH I am an 8!" 
hubby didn't know what I was talking about 
I am 77/100 and I was 70/100 yesterday, so it just goes to show that ratings are also from posting. I have been doing better with posting and I really think that had something to do with me boosting up so high in a day.
I know I have been rated by friends and I would like to say thank you.

Glad to see that your rating has increased. You deserve it as you have been working hard getting those postings out. I know as I have tried to answer the majority of them. It is a pleasure to answer them too! Happy posting!

That is great. I am very glad to hear that. My rating has been at a standstill for a while but that is okay with me right now. I hope yours continues to go up also. I always rate all of my friends and it is nice to see that it is helping my friends.

I rated both replies and I rate everyone who replies to my discussions, so you are getting bumps to go up.

i know i can check it i just never do. the only thing i pay any mind to is the star with the number on it. mine is either red or blue and it changes all the time. it will go up on day then down the next. it never used to until lately. now in a couple days it will go back up just to go back down again. at one point i had gone from a blue 10 to a 5 star. then the next day back up to a 10 so i think it has something to do with mylot some times.

Hello there icyorchid, congrats on your rating shooting up to star 8. But apologies, I see that your star has come back to 7 now?? I'm not sure about that, just asking. By the way, I was pretty disappointed as well after discovering my first star rating was 7. And it still is, LOL. But I don't really mind. Perhaps mylotters have yet to see me post a good quality discussion.

hi 'orchid the actual thing is the more you respond to discussions that puts your earnings up, but if you only make dicussions and reply to them your earnings stay the same-i read that on someone elses topic when i was new to mylot so took that advice and my earnings go up the more i respond to topics-not when responding to my discussions am not sure if that is rieght hopefully one of mylotters may be able to tell you-blessings littleowl

i think that it is very good that your ratings went up because that means something(i don't really know what it means but i know that htey have it there for some reason or another an i always try and keep mine up although sometimes it doesn't really work that well for me)i think that you might get more money or something like that i am not sure about that though...but i am very happy for you that your ratings did go up i think that is great!
