Is it Fair Having Referrals.....!!

i just read 25% of their earnings is given to u bcoz u have reffered them to Mylot...But why i shud i take money that is actually their hard earned...i gain 25% of their earnings but they loose 25% ...that does not seem fair..

uh you misunderstood the policy, your earnings will NEVER be deducted, actually mylot is shouldering the extra expenses like the 25% extra earnings that we get from our referrals everytime we referred a user here at mylot. i read that your friend got upset with you regarding this post, but now i think he/she just misunderstood the question. you thought that you would LOSE 25% of your earnings when in fact, you'll never lose anything. so stay calm, coz youre not gonna lose a cent when you sign up under someone.

i intend putting my very close friends here and dont want any issues with them latr on so i wanted to know abt this fully..my refree and i dont know each othe at all so there r no issues on tht front...i dont know how all this came up..i have three refrees under me whom i dont know so i never bothered to chk this up before that how this scheme works...thanx for ur advice

Maybe this will be more clear...the person who referred you does not get 25% of your money. They get an amount equal to 25% of what you have earned. If you refer someone, you will not be taking any money away from them. Everytime they earn $1, you will earn an extra 25 cents.

they don't loose money at all. what's happening is, mylot spend more money from they own pocket to appreciate our effort in getting referral. well, i don't have referral anyway

no one looses any thing buddy , It's 50 percent right now , The bonus the ite pays is not at the expense of the referrals account money, they give the amount from the sites own pocket in appreciation of promoting the site and is the sites way of say thank to it's promoters

thats seem fair enough and like or dislike that was the rule. by the way, if you don't mind, I want to ask how many referral do you have? I just have one referral. so that doesn't help me lot with my earning, my referral is seldom to doing mylot. poor me:)

i have 3 refferals..i dont know them personally so it is ok...i wanna refer my best friends also..so wanted to know the monetary aspects clearly before i start thm under me bcoz they r very dear to me and i cant risk any bad blood later on for money..my refferals also hardly work..so actually no good..now that i know mylot will b paying me seperately and not frm their money it is fine they will also not mind...thanx..true friends always up!!

They don't lose any money. That's just a bonus that mylot gives on TOP of your referrals earnings. Your referrals earn the same as you do.

I have never looked at it like they lost money. You are paid for your efforts for finding new members for mylot. It is your reward, not their loss. If they didn't pay for referrals, people would just enjoy the site and the money they make and not share it with others, helping it grow and helping myLot earn more money.
